Course Description

Learn how to plan and schedule complex projects, get people to work as a team, and manage the job site to meet WHMIS and Residential Construction waste standards.

Manage employees and sub-trades to complete jobs on time and on budget

Run projects safely and effectively

Get tools to establish schedules and manage changes or delays

Learn roles, duties and responsibilities to become a qualified project manager/site supervisor

Course Format

Online

All online courses require successful completion of the following components:

  • Review all course materials in full
  • Complete online chapter quiz questions
  •  Attend an online webinar session, which is an instructor-led high level review of course materials
  • Write an online proctored final exam (an 80% passing mark on the final exam is required to successfully complete the course)

Please note that proctored exams are through a 3rd party invigilation service provider. Fees for proctored exams are not included in the registration fee.
