Course Expiration

Students have ONE YEAR from the date of enrollment to complete the course.

Course Deferrals & Subsitutions

An eLearning and/or Online Recording course is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The course must be completed in full within one year of the initial enrollment date. Any requests for course extensions will incur an administrative fee equal to 50% of the original course fee, up to a maximum of $150, plus applicable GST. Course deferrals will provide students access to the course for one additional year.

Course Refund Policy

1. No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received after the course has been accessed or has expired.
2. All requests for refunds must be made only in writing via email to education@chbabc.org; no telephone requests will be accepted.
