Course Expiration

Students have ONE YEAR from the date of enrollment to complete the course.

Course Deferrals & Subsitutions

An eLearning and/or Online Recording course is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

The course must be completed in full within one year of the initial enrollment date. Any requests for course extensions will incur an administrative fee equal to 50% of the original course fee, to a maximum of $150 plus applicable GST per course. Course deferrals will provide students access to the course for one additional year from the initial enrollment date.

If a course has expired for more than 12 months, extensions are not permitted, and students must re-enroll in the course in full.

Course Refund Policy

  • No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received after the course has been accessed,
  • No refund will be issued if the cancellation request is received after 7 days from the initial enrolment date, or after the course has expired.
  • If a cancellation request is received before accessing the course and within 24 hours from the initial enrolment date/time, a full refund will be issued.
  • If a cancellation request is received before accessing the course and more than 24 hours but within 7 days from the initial enrolment date, a refund will be issued at 50% of the original course fee.
