If you are unable to attend your pre-scheduled session and would like to send another individual in your place or transfer the course to someone else, please note there will be a $150+GST administration fee. All requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to the start of an in-person/online session date. Please also note that the individual confirmed for the session is required to complete all components of the course. All requests for course date changes will only be accepted via email to education@cpd.chbabc.org.
