Course Description

This course will help both company owners and their employees improve their awareness and understanding of the elements of service and warranty that will directly affect the everyday operation of their building company.

There are numerous elements that are mandated by BC Housing’s Licensing and Consumer Services. Should you fail to follow the correct procedures you could be putting yourself and your business at serious risk.

Learn the important aspects of Pre Sales Considerations and After Sales Service

Understand how Home Warranty Insurance programs work and what the Warranty Certificate Is

Course Format

All online courses require successful completion of the following components:

  • Review all course materials in full
  • Complete online chapter quiz questions and assignments
  • Attend an online webinar session, which is an instructor-led high level review of course materials
  • Write an online proctored final exam (an 80% passing mark on the final exam is required to successfully complete the course)
