Integrated Design and Delivery – a pathway to affordable performance.

Mark Bernhardt leads a discussion about the Integrated Design, Integrated Projects, and their delivery. He and other panelists introduce the core concepts of IDP, covering who is involved in the process, where and when things happen, and why they occur in that way.

The presenters then illustrate what Integrated Design looks like on the construction site and follow with what Integrated Project Delivery looks like in practice. Real-world examples of successful AND unsuccessful implementation are provided to help form a complete understanding of the Integrated Design Process.
