Course Description

Are you putting your business, employees or clients at risk? Do you have systems to mitigate risk and liability? This course will provide you with the answers to your questions about contracts, construction and project risk, liability, holdbacks and other aspects of the law as it relates to construction and building projects and protecting your business in British Columbia.

Mitigate risk for construction contracts and projects

Course Format

All online courses require successful completion of the following components:

  • Review all course materials in full
  • Complete online chapter quiz questions and assignments
  • Attend an online webinar session, which is an instructor-led high level review of course materials
  • Write an online proctored final exam (an 80% passing mark on the final exam is required to successfully complete the course)
