Students are responsible for scheduling their final exams and submitting payment directly to the proctoring service provider. All licensing courses must have proctored exams, as per the requirements set out by BC Housing’s Licensing and Consumer Services.

• The ‘CHBA BC Student How To – Setup ProctorU Account for Online Exam Taking’ PDF file can also be downloaded for reference within the ‘Resources > Builder Licensing Courses‘ section. Please review this guidebook before booking your exam. It is strongly recommended that students check their technical equipment prior to their online exam.
• Please schedule your final exam for any time following the webinar (we still recommend you schedule in advance – i.e., do not wait until the day you want to write the exam, to attempt to schedule it. This will incur premium fees).
• All online exams are open-book and have a maximum of 3 hours (180 minutes) provided.  Any screenshots or photographs taken of instructors’ PowerPoint slides or other materials presented online are NOT allowed to be referenced during the exam.
