Once a student enrolls in a course, a CHBA BC course manual is automatically shipped to the student’s mailing address. Students are expected to:

  1. Read the manual in full.
  2. Log into the online system to complete mandatory quiz questions for each chapter.
  3. Log into the online system to download one to two assignments (optional activity), to be completed and emailed to instructors one week prior to the webinar session.
  4. Attend the online session the student has registered for.
  5. An open book final online exam will be written by all students. (*Please note that students self-schedule their own final exam in advance through the 3rd party online exam service provider, ProctorU and pay the exam fee directly to them.)
