If a request is received within 14 days of the initial registration date, a registrant who requests a refund will receive a full refund less a $50.00+GST administrative fee;
If a request is received less than 14 days prior to the event, no refunds will be issued.
Online Recording courses are non-refundable.

All requests for cancellations will only be accepted via email to education@cpd.chbabc.org.
