CHBA BC final exams are open book. During exam writing, you can reference your CHBA BC student manual or other assigned course materials (e.g. Canadian Home Builders’ Association Builders’ Manual). You can also reference any hard-copy study notes you’ve taken prior to the exam. Spare copies of the student manual are not available in-person session.

It is important for students to review the CHBA BC Code of Conduct and Exam Writing  Policy and Procedures:

CHBA BC Exam Writing Policy and Procedures.  Students must present a valid photo ID in order to write the final exam. Students who do not present a valid ID will be required to reschedule their exam through an invigilation centre and are responsible for any administrative fees incurred.
