If you are unable to attend your pre-scheduled session and would like to send another individual in your place or transfer the course to someone else, please note there will be a $150+GST administration fee. All requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to the start of an in-person/online session date.  All requests for course date changes will only be accepted via email to education@cpd.chbabc.org.
