Course Description

What you’ll learn in this course is from builder experience:

• 30 field trials across BC (Northern Interior, Southern Interior, Lower Mainland)
• Performance ranged from Energy Star to Net Zero Energy Ready
• Builders trialed a range of technologies across the building envelope, their mechanicals and renewable energy systems
• Builders worked with an energy advisor to measure performance and register homes in programs.
• Builders worked with a mechanical designer to calculate the heating and cooling requirements of their homes in some cases design their mechanical systems.
