Course Description

Cost, time and scope are all interconnected. This is the underlying principle of triple constraint and ensuring that you understand and effectively manage it, is critical for project management success.

Nailing triple constraint involves careful planning, monitoring, and control of the scope and budget. Adhering to a schedule to ensure the project is completed within the specified constraints will help you meet your objectives. This course gives you the tools to balance these constraints so you can achieve a successful outcome.

Learn how to define the scope of work and effectively break it down to accurately assign a budget and schedule to each scope item; how to use allowances when necessary; determine contingency; and the all-important management of change orders.

Lori also contracts with the University of Winnipeg (PACE Program) facilitating Project Management Fundamentals courses as part of their business program. Taking her years of experience and education, Lori created Rylan Business Consulting in 2016.
