Course Description

All projects carry a certain level of risk. It’s determining how risk can impact the outcome objective of your project that is the essential part of good project management.

This course will help you identify, analyze and evaluate the impact of a risk event and plan a response or potentially mitigating the risk altogether. You will examine a project’s risk management from the project team perspective, and determine the risk management process, who should be involved.

A Risk Register Probability/Impact Matrix template will be introduced and you will walk away feeling more confident about what to do when something doesn’t go according to plan.
