Course Description

Did you know that there are various project management styles? Which one is right for you? Which one is right for your project? Since every project is different, each one requires flexibility in the ways they are managed.

Trying to manage all projects from the same point of view will lead to frustration, inefficiencies, and likely project failure. No one wants that. Knowing what style suits a certain project is important to planning, controlling, monitoring and executing the work effectively.

In this course, the three styles of project management will be defined so you can determine the proper fit for different projects. You will learn what a Project Charter is, how to create one and how to use it to establish your project management starting point.
