This session covers the process to design an effective sales and marketing strategy to better promote your business, earn referrals and sell new projects. Participants will analyze current promotional materials chosen by the instructor to identify the marketing and sales goals and strategies within an advertisement. From there, the group will identify their own current goals and strategies to align with their current market demographics, geographics and psychographics and work on a plan to refresh their sales strategies for 2024.
