A trio of presenters discuss the rapidly evolving technology being developed by air source heat pump manufactures, providing builders with information on how to compare options and how to work with designers and contractors to select systems that best fit their projects. These critical decisions will effect robustness, first cost, comfort, operating efficiency, and operating costs, and this course will help you know what to ask of your mechanical designers and contractors in order to get the systems sized correctly based on regional temperature ranges and needed capacity. Also discussed are cost effective ways to distribute conditioned air and cost effective commissioning steps to improve operation.
