Course Description

The close-out of a project can be where companies experience huge profit loss – but it doesn’t have to be that way. When closing out a project, the process needs to be efficient and relate to the project management plan, as well as the services provided and warranty plan.

Learn how to make your close-out process effective and efficient. Practice running a team de-brief and how to create a ‘lessons learned document’ – both from a project and organizational point of view. After this course, you will walk away with a clear close-out process, with a ‘lessons learned document’ that you can use for future projects and organizational change.

The content of these courses is based on solid project management processes – including Project Management & Site Supervision and Project Management Essentials Suite of courses. Lori also contracts with the University of Winnipeg (PACE Program) facilitating Project Management Fundamentals courses as part of their business program. Taking her years of experience and education, Lori created Rylan Business Consulting in 2016.
