Course Description

Module 7 of the BC Step Code Training Course consists of 9 lessons, each targeting a specific learning objective that addresses quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) as they pertain to the BC Energy Step Code. The goal of this module is to discuss QA/QC tools and measures necessary to coordinate enclosure detailing and airtightness control.

By the end of this module, you will be able to:

• Use basic QA and QC tools like mock-ups and airtightness testing to achieve airtight, durable enclosures.
• Coordinate QA/QC measures for enclosure detailing and airtightness control, including enlisting the correct parties responsible and tracking items from design through to completion.
