Taking a project from start to finish requires planning and reporting. Keeping timely and accurate reporting of the details as your project unfolds is imperative to maintaining control of the scope, the budget and the timeline.
As your project comes to life, knowing where you are in the plans your set out will help to ensure a successful outcome. To do this, you must learn how to create project reports, which will set out your baseline objectives that are identified before starting your project.
This course will teach you how to set out your baseline objectives, so that you can understand how to plan, monitor and report as you go. We will also recap the triple constraint concept and your tools to keep the scope, budget and timeline in check. You will learn how to create measurable outcomes using data reports and how to effectively communicate the information to all of your stakeholders.

Taking her years of experience and education, Lori created Rylan Business Consulting in 2016.
