Course Description

Are you ready for the next edition of the BC Building Code (BCBC), or thinking of building small-scale multi-unit housing projects? Registered Building Official, Ken Kunka, will walk you through key changes for BCBC 2024 that come into effect on March 8, 2024.  The webinar will cover a discussion on existing and potential challenges.The webinar will include a review of the following:

  • Required Guards (9.8) – window protection
