Learning Tip of the Month

Adults retain new information more effectively when they can apply it directly to their work. Before starting any course or training, ask:

When will I use this on the job?

Connecting new skills to real site scenarios improves retention and ensures your CPD pays off in practice.

BC Building Trends: Permit Activity on the Rise

In May 2025, British Columbia led the country in multi-family building permits, issuing more than $1.5 billion in value, a $687 million increase over April. This growth reflects increasing demand for dense, livable housing and reinforces the need for forward-thinking design and efficient construction solutions.

We’ll be exploring these topics in-depth at Education Summit 2025 through sessions on urban design, density policy and advanced assemblies.
